ERA ESTHETIC DENTAL DIGITAL GIFT CARD

The digital gift card is intended for payment of purchases at the Era Esthetic Dental laser dentistry clinic.

Terms of use of the Gift Card

  • With this digital gift card you can pay for services or medical goods at the Era Esthetic Dental laser dentistry clinic in Riga, Jeruzalemes street, 2/4.
  • The card is used as a normal means of payment – it can be used at the clinic reception as a regular payment card.
  • The gift card can be used in instalments, i.e. it can be used several times until the card is fully used and/or expired.
  • The amount of the gift card cannot be refunded to the bearer in cash.

Gift Card Validity Period

  • The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • If you do not manage to use the gift card before its expiry date, you have the possibility to extend it for another 1 month within 30 days from the expiry date by calling the clinic at (+371)25333303.

Gift Card Status Check

  • You can check the current amount and expiry date of your gift card by scanning the QR code on the card with your smartphone (simply point your smartphone or tablet screen at the QR code in camera mode and then open the link provided).
